H. Ronald Sterne, B.A.
Ronald Sterne is the founder of the corporation and has been on its Board of Directors since the corporation’s inception in 1981. With his forty-five years of business experience, he has focused the company on data retrieval, visualization, mapping and integration software, culminating in its most recent release of web-based wellTriever™ and mapTriever™. Prior to founding the corporation, Mr. Sterne managed the Calgary office of Dataline Systems Ltd. and prior to that held a management position with Allstate Insurance Company.
George A. Wilson, LL.B., Q.C.
George Wilson is a retired Senior Partner who practiced corporate law at Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP in Toronto. Formerly, Mr. Wilson was a lecturer at Osgoode Hall Law School and the Managing Partner of Strathy, Archibald, and Seagram. Mr. Wilson has over 50 years of business experience in corporate law and Mr. Wilson also sits on numerous company boards.
Jeffrey A. Howe, C.A.
Jeffrey Howe has been a director of the Corporation since 2003 and was CFO from 2006 to 2013 and subsequently appointed as Interim CFO in 2015. Mr. Howe was the Director of Finance for Pure Metal Galvanizing (a division of Valmont Industries). Formerly a principal with Ernst & Young in the Technology, Communication and Entertainment practice, he has over 20 years of senior management, technical, and financial experience.
